This week's theme is Winter Weather.  I was all prepared to tell you how boring this winter has been in Missouri and pin pictures of nice warm Hawaii because we've had some weeks that have felt like that.  Then, this morning, I woke up to snow!  Now I'm taking a whole new spin!

The Beauty of Snow

I know sometimes, ok, a lot of times we complain about the burden of snow.  It's cold.  It makes driving suck.  It turns into nasty sludgy stuff that gets all over everything.  But really, we need to take a step back and look at God's beautiful creation sometimes and just stop complaining.  We need to be more like children and look at the beauty and fun of it.

What is a good snow day without good food to help warm you up?

After you've been stuck inside for awhile and your kids' faces are bright and chapped from to much playing in the cold you need something to entertain them, or yourself.
