Dear Retailers and Anyone Else that was Wondering,

So as most of you know we started out as a review and giveaway blog.  We were going strong and doing really good with reviews and always made sure everyone's got done.  In June/early July I contacted lots of people about doing cloth diaper and cloth pad reviews and giveaways.  The second week of June I found out I was pregnant with my second child.  Not long after that on July 13th I had a miscarriage.  I tried to keep going and blogging and reviewing but sometimes it was hard and I didn't feel like writing about anything.  In late August we found out we would be moving the first week of September.  I had to pack and clean and keep my family in order.  We went from being a small family of 3 in a small apartment to living with my Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law and being a large family of 9 in a large house.  That takes some adjusting.  The time I had that was free for blogging turned into time for cleaning and helping fix up this house.  Then the second week of October I found out that I am pregnant with my third child. Morning sickness started soon after.  I have never had morning sickness before so it's something completely different for me.  My doctor put me on progesterone pills which only amplified the sickness.  I am just starting to feel better this week but now it's time for the holidays.  I had planned to have all reviews done by the holidays so that I wouldn't have to worry about any of it.  There's lots of things that go on around here this time of year.  My husband's parents and my parents are both divorced so we have at least 4 places to go every holiday.  Then there are things like Craft Day at Church and the Children's Christmas program at Church.  And right after Christmas is over my daughter's birthday is January 1st.  So my plate is full right now.  I am sorry if I haven't gotten to your review.  I'm sorry if you don't think I have responded to your emails.  I am going to get to all of the reviews that I need to do this week or next.  If you think that I still need to do a review for you please email me at inthemommybusiness@hotmail.com with the title "Unfinished Review".  I will do things in the order I remember them or get emails for them.
Again I am sorry for the delay.  There were alot of unexpected things that have happened since I contacted most of you way back in June/early July.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

My Friend's Baby and Family Need Your Prayers

On Tuesday morning my friend Amanda gave birth through c-section to her fifth child and second son Jeremiah.  Just like his brother Jeremiah was born with some breathing issues.  He was taken to the NICU for treatment.  Last night he had a very rough night.  He was put onto a ventilator and a tube was added to his chest to remove excess air.  The doctors told Amanda that he may have pulmonary hypertension.  I talked to her not to long ago and they are still waiting for results on all of his tests.  She said that the kind of pulmonary hypertension that he has if he has it is not life threatening according to the doctors.  She said they will just have to administer some form of nitric something to him to open up the capillaries between his heart and his lungs.  Once they are open they will stay open and he will get better if that is all there is to it.
I need you all to take some time today and tomorrow and through out your weekend and next week to pray for baby Jeremiah.  His mommy hasn't even had the chance to hold him yet.  Could you also pray for strength for his family.  His oldest 2 sisters that are 6 and 8 are taking this very hard.  They all need God's strength right now.
